AshrafKhokharFilms is a wedding and event studio based in Karachi. This page explains what information we collect when you use the website, book coverage, or message the studio, and how that information is handled.
Who we are

Information we collect
We only collect what we need to reply, plan a shoot, and deliver your work:
- Booking and contact details: name, phone, email, event type, date, venue, and your message
- Messages you send through the website, WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Website feedback or reviews you choose to submit
- Photos and videos created during a booked shoot, plus any reference files you share
- Basic website data such as pages visited, device type, and cookies needed for the site to work
We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website.
How we use it
- Answer inquiries and confirm availability
- Prepare coverage, shot lists, and delivery
- Send updates about your booking, edits, and galleries
- Keep studio records for completed projects
- Improve the website and prevent spam or abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Photos, videos, and event privacy
Footage, portraits, family details, and private event information stay with the studio team working on your project. We do not post, share, or send your images or films publicly unless you agree.
If we would like to use selected frames or clips on the website, Instagram, or other studio channels, we will ask first. You can refuse, and you can ask us later to take a published item down where we still control the post.
WhatsApp, email, and other services
If you contact us on WhatsApp, email, or social media, those platforms also process your messages under their own policies. We use hosting and tools to run this website and store project files. We only share what is needed to reply to you, host the site, or complete your booking.
Cookies
The site may use essential cookies to keep pages working, remember a login session for studio admin, and understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may then stop working as expected.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept long enough to respond and, if you book, to finish the project. After delivery, we keep galleries and working files for two to three months, then delete them. After deletion we cannot restore or re-send those files.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Share what contact details we hold for you
- Correct a name, number, or email
- Remove an inquiry that did not become a booking, where we are not required to keep it
- Stop using selected photos or videos on public studio channels
Send requests to hello@ashrafkhokharfilms.com. We may need to confirm it is you before changing or deleting records.
Security
Access to inquiries, galleries, and admin tools is limited to the studio. Passwords are stored securely. No website or file transfer is perfectly private, so please avoid sending highly sensitive documents unless we have asked for them.
Updates
We may update this policy when our process or the law changes. The latest version will always be on this page.
